How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets must be purchased in advance online at www.exeterfireworks.org. No tickets will be sold at the gate.
Can I show my ticket on my phone?
Yes, digital tickets are accepted. Please ensure your screen brightness is up for scanning. For mor information on etickets visit https://daat.ticketsrv.co.uk/content/1
Is there a limit on ticket numbers?
Yes, capacity is limited for safety. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to someone else.
Can I transfer tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets are not name specific
Will the event run if the weather is bad and will I be refunded if it is cancelled?
We aim to reschedule to the next available date, and your tickets will remain valid. Please note that refunds will not be issued if you're unable to attend the revised date. That said, in over 40 years of hosting this event, we've never had to cancel—so a little English weather shouldn't dampen your spirits!

Yes, parking is available if you purchase a parking ticket. Stewards will guide you to designated areas.
Are there accessible parking spaces?
Yes, limited accessible bays are available near the entrance. Please purchase a disabled car park ticket when booking. You will need to upload photo evidence of your blue badge.
Is there a bus service to the event?
Yes, shuttle buses will run from Exeter city centre via Heavitree, Sowton and Honiton Road Park and tide. every few minutes starting at 16:40. Return service available after the finale. See website for timetable.
I’ve got a Bus/Drop-Off ticket, but I’m arriving in a car with people who have a Car Park ticket. Can I still enter with them?
Unfortunately, no. If you try to enter through the car park gate with a Bus/Drop-Off ticket, you’ll be turned away. There’s no safe route to walk back to the pedestrian entrance from there. To avoid issues, the driver must drop you off at the designated drop-off zone before continuing to the car park without you. If you’d prefer to change your ticket to a Car Park ticket, you can do so here: https://daat.ticketsrv.co.uk/contact.

Gates open at 17:30, last entry by car at 19:20. Fireworks scheduled for 19:30 approx. The event concludes by 21:00.
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes, a variety of food stalls and refreshments will be available, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Can I take alcohol into the event?
No. But there is a licenced bar onsite
Are there activities before and after the fireworks?
Yes! There’s a vibrant fun fair with rides and stalls for all ages. Plus, Radio Exe will be compering the event live, building excitement and hosting a prize draw before the fireworks begin
Can I bring sparkers?
No, sparkers are not allowed. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the event.
Is there a cash machine on site?
No, the event is entirely cashless
